All USA charm orders are shipped using USPS.
If you need or want faster delivery, please select one of the Priority Options upon
checkout...
HOWEVER, we still have to make the charms! So
please keep that in mind....You are only speeding up the shipping time,
NOT the time we need to make the charms!
If you need or want us to overnight a package, please contact us!
This option is not on the website because of past problems. The cost for all
shipping is also the customers responsibility...
If you choose USPS First Class Mail, your package can take a little longer to
reach you. So if you need your charms fast, we do NOT recommend this shipping
option. The post office does not consider the package lost until it has been
lost for 21 days. Then you will not be covered if you do not have insurance on
the package. Insurance IS available upon request. We do not pay the additional
fees for insurance. The insurance cost depends on the amount you want to insure
the package for.
If you choose Priority Mail, your package "should" reach you with in 1 to 3
days after we ship the package. This is what the post office "claims" they can deliver. However, they do
not always do what they say they will...especially if it is a holiday. Please remember that this is NOT our
fault and we do not work for the post office. Once your package is given to the
post office, we do not have control of what they do, or anything regarding the
package. When you checkout, you are agreeing for us to give your paid for
product to USPS. If you want additional insurance, you will need to contact us! It is NOT
our responsibility to make sure your package is insured. This is your
responsibility!

RETURNS
We do NOT allow returns or refunds for charms just because you do not want them
anymore.
We do NOT allow returns or refunds for charms because you did not think they
would be the size they are. Sizes are listed on each charm.
We DO allow returns if the charm was made wrong or something is wrong with the
charm when you receive it. However, if it is the post office's fault, we would
need to file a claim with the post office to recover the money spent for the
package. If you did not purchase insurance, this is not an option. We do NOT
automatically add insurance to each package. If you buy the Priority Mail, USPS
automatically offers $50 coverage.
We do NOT normally refund for any charms, because we custom make the charms YOU
ordered. We do not make the charms until you order them. Therefore, we can not
sell them to someone else.
We WILL refund or remake charms if it is something we did wrong. Our company
WILL make the transaction right to you!
